This topic has been lingering around for more than 1 year since the emergence of DuitNow. To recap, 8 December 2018 marks another milestone in the financial industry in Malaysia with the launching of DuitNow money transfer service. (Read blogpost: A New Way of Transferring Money via DuitNow !!!)
Since then, the ideas of consolidating all the e-wallets + bank accounts has been mooted, so to eliminate the hassle of too many e-wallets & bank QR accounts just for the sake of paying/transacting.
Good news is here...
GrabPay is the first e-wallet to announce support for DuitNow QR and other digital payments that will support it include BigPay, FavePay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

And the latest one is Boost !!!
Boost has sent out a message telling all it's merchants to 'get ready' to enjoy all the benefits of Boost e-payments now through an all-in-one, all you'll ever need QR code; Boost DuitNow QR!
What does this mean?
Through DuitNow QR, consumers can make payment from any participating Banks or e-Wallets mobile apps. Merchants would only need to display one QR Code, thus lessening confusion amongst consumers
Meaning, moving forward, all of us can be making ANY e-payments via ANY e-wallets or banks by simply scanning the DuitNow QR code. In this example, it will be Boost DuitNow QR code
With this new feature, we can purchase products or services conveniently, and for merchants, you can streamlining all your sales transactions and book keeping!
