Nestle is not a Malaysian company but a foreign company in Malaysia with Malaysian shareholders in the local Nestle.<br /><br />As for the report against Tajudin Ramli one wonders what basis there is for a police report (sic) or complaint against the man for causing the national carrier to suffer losses of $8 billion.<br /><br />In the current prevailing economic crisis and immediately prior, airlines from every corner of the globe have been making substantial losses and extraordinary losses at that. Much of the reasons for these losses relate to increased security costs (including shedding services to lucrative sectors deemed unsafe after 9/11 and increasing fuel costs. Of course there have been exceptions like Singapore and Air Asia. But these are for different reasons.
