[ GOpinjam by Touch'nGo ] Read this 15 points first before you go 'Pinjam' !!!

As the world is evolving digitally nowadays, everything is made simple and convenient with a simple click on your smartphone.

Basically, via an e-wallet as popular as Touch'nGo, you can do wonders with your fingers from making payments, transferring money to friends, paying for toll & parking, ordering groceries & foods & drinks, and paying utility bills, and so on...


Now, you can 'pinjam' (borrow) money also...
  1. What is GOpinjam?
    GOpinjam is a service made available by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to customers for electronic access and application for personal loan via the GOpinjam icon in the TNG eWallet mobile app.

  2. Which bank is TNG eWallet collaborating with for me to apply for a loan on GOpinjam?
    TNG eWallet is collaborating with CIMB Bank Berhad to offer you CIMB e-Zi Tunai via GOpinjam.

  3. What is CIMB e-Zi Tunai?
    CIMB e-Zi Tunai is the underlying personal loan product made available via TNG eWallet’s GOpinjam icon.

  4. What are the benefits of obtaining a CIMB e-Zi Tunai loan via GOpinjam?
    The features and benefits are as follows:
    ~ Flexible loan amount ranging from RM100-RM10,000 depending on eligibility.
    ~ Flexible loan duration between 1 week to 1 year.
    ~ Low income requirement at RM800 per month.
    ~ Real time disbursement upon acceptance of the loan.


  5. Who is eligible for a GOpinjam (CIMB e-Zi Tunai) application?
    To be eligible, the applicant must:
    ~ Be a Malaysian citizen.
    ~ Be aged between 21 and 63.
    ~ Have a minimum income of RM800 per month.

  6. How do I apply for a loan on GOpinjam (CIMB e-Zi Tunai)?
    Select GOpinjam in the TNG eWallet app and follow the step-by-step instructions on-screen.


  7. What is the interest rate offered?
    The interest rate varies from 8%-36% per annum, depending on the loan amount and loan duration approved by CIMB Bank Berhad.

  8. How long is the loan duration?
    You may select a loan duration of between 1 week to 1 year.

  9. Do I need to submit any documents to apply for the loan?
    You will need to upload either one of the following documents via the TNG eWallet app to prove your income:
    ~ 1 month’s payslip from a company registered in Malaysia.
    ~ Full EPF statement document, showing 3 months of contributions.
    ~ B/BE Form e-filing acknowledgment receipt.

  10. Are there any processing fees or upfront deductions?
    No, there is no processing fee charged. The full approved amount will be credited into your TNG eWallet or CIMB/CIMB Islamic Bank account.

  11. Are there any charges for late payment?
    There will be a late payment charge of 1% on the outstanding instalment in arrears. (Take note: If your GOpinjam payment is overdue, TNG eWallet has the right to utilise the available eWallet balance to cover the overdue amount.)

  12. Are there any charges for early settlement?
    There are NO charges for early settlement.

  13. What happens if I pay extra on top of my instalment amount?
    The extra payment made will be treated as an advance payment and will be used to offset future instalments. Should you require a refund of the excess amount paid, kindly call CIMB at +603 6204 7788.

  14. How do I pay my loan instalments?
    You may pay your loan instalments:
    ~ Via TNG eWallet by clicking on “Pay Now” at the GOpinjam page or
    ~ At any CIMB Branch, any CIMB Cash Deposit Machine or via Online Instant Transfer (IBFT) by paying/transferring into the loan account number provided.

  15. How do I accept the loan offer once it is approved?
    A push notification via the TNG eWallet app will be sent to inform you that your application has been approved.

    To accept the offer and terms:
    ~ Acknowledge the loan amount offered and accept the Terms & Conditions on the loan offer screen within 30 calendar days.
    ~ Enter your 6-digit TNG eWallet PIN.

    Please ensure push notifications are enabled on your mobile device. In addition, CIMB will also send you an SMS once your application is approved.
